Mission Statement

The intent of the Planning and Land Use Department is to provide the Puyallup Tribal community with services necessary to achieve its vision for Tribal lands while protecting public health & safety, general welfare, and tribal resources. To assert its sovereign rights and Tribal authority over the Reservation by, preparing, updating, and implementing long-range plans, as well as support the functions of the Puyallup Tribal Planning Commission.

Permit Application Information

Applications Process

Applications for development on Tribal lands may be applied through the Planning and Land Use Department. Applications require a $250 application fee. Additional fees for third-party review may be warranted depending on the complexity and assessment of the project.
