Services Provided

  • Applicant must be (whichever is applicable):
  • Enrolled member of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians;
  • Elder: 55 years of age or older whose ability to perform the normal activities for daily living or to provide for his or her own protection is impaired due to a physical disability or kidney dialysis

Caregiver Services (include but not limited to)

  • Personal care: bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting;
  • Meal planning and preparation;
  • Housekeeping: linen changing, laundry etc.;
  • Exercise;
  • Transfers and positioning;
  • Medication assistance, and
  • Welfare checks.
  • Chore Services (include but not limited to):
  • Laundry and change linens;
  • Light housekeeping: clean kitchen, wash dishes, take out garbage, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, clean bathrooms;
  • Medical reminders and delivery;
  • Meal planning and preparation;
  • Shopping for food or other essential home items;
