Tribal Enrollment

• Assist with prescreening and issuing Enrollment applications for Tribal Enrollment
• Issue Certification of Indian Blood (CIB) for Tribal Enrollment.
• Issue Kinship Reports
• Issues Tribal Identification cards and fishing cards
• Enhanced Tribal Card Program
• Process name changes with proper documentation
• Assist in address changes
• Apply for Eagle parts and Feathers from the National Eagle Repository

Tribal Members need to return the application to Enrollment in person or by email to be signed by council prior to submitting to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services.
