Vendor FAQ's

Is there a fee to be a vendor?

There is no fee to be a vendor at our Pride event. However, we do kindly ask that retail/service vendors donate an item/service gift card for our raffle, if they have the capacity to do so. Resource vendors are not expected to donate to the raffle.

Do I need to be Indigenous to be considered as a vendor?

You aren’t required to be Indigenous to be a vendor at our Pride event. We encourage you to start or continue to engage and support the Indigenous Peoples whose lands your business/organization operates on.

What size space(s) are available for vendors?

Each vendor will be allotted a space to comfortably fit a 10×10 tent, accompanying table and chair(s).

Do I need to bring my own table, chairs and tent or will those items be provided?

You must provide your own table, chairs and tent as these items will not be provided to you.

If I’m bringing a tent, are tent weights required?

If you are utilizing a tent, which we do recommend given the general weather in mid-July, you will be required to have tent weights. This is a safety requirement.

Will there be onsite power available?

Vendors are required to bring their own power source as onsite power is not available.

What happens after I submit an application?

After you submit an application, a member of our Pride Committee will reach out to you within 3 weeks to update you on the status of your application.

Are dogs allowed to attend?

We love our canine friends, but unless they are a service animal, they will have to sit this one out.
