Puyallup Tribal Members participated in the 93rd Daffodil Festival Grand Floral Parade on a sunny Saturday afternoon in downtown Tacoma on April 4.
Chairman Bill Sterud was honored as the 2026 Community Grand Marshal at this year’s event, waving to people lining the streets as spectators cheered for passing floats. Chief Leschi Schools 2025-26 Daffodil Princess Nicia Sikkenga was seated at the front of the Daffodil Festival Traveling Float. Tribal Elders, Puyallup Tribal Veterans, Chief Leschi Schools students and members of the Local Organizing Committee also participated in the parade.
