Halloween decor graced the House of Respect as Tribal Elders gathered for the monthly Elders Luncheon Sept. 18 as fall began to roll in.
Live music of classic country and bluegrass covers was performed by Corey Wilkins.
Dennis LaPointe was this month’s Honored Elder, who was blanketed by Puyallup Tribal Council Vice Chairwoman Anna Bean and Councilman Fred Dillon. LaPointe was also gifted a cedar hat by Elders Wellness Center Executive Director Vernetta Miller.
The raffle concluded with the usual raffle with lucky Elders taking home prizes.
