Puyallup Tribe of Indians license plates are now available through the Washington State Department of Licensing.

- Only Puyallup Tribal Members are eligible for this plate. Licensing offices will ask for a Tribal ID.
- Special plates are not issued at licensing offices. Tribal Members will receive a temporary plate and receive the Puyallup plate in the mail.
- The cost for the plate is the standard initial and plate renewal cost. The Puyallup plate does not cost extra and is available for standard passenger vehicles/trucks, motorcycles and trailers.
- Personalized plates are an option and can be between one and seven characters for standard vehicles/trucks and one and six characters for motorcycles and trailers. Personalized plates cost extra and may take longer to be produced and mailed.
