The Puyallup Tribal Veterans held a ceremony Nov. 11 to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of tubšədədadiʔ ʔə tiiɫ spuyaləpabš (Warrior wall of the Puyallup people), the Tribal Veterans Memorial.

Puyallup Tribal Council Chairman Bill Sterud, Councilman James Rideout and Councilwoman Monica Miller shared remarks, thanking all veterans for their service.

Tribal Member and Indian Gaming Association Chairman David Bean also spoke, sharing gratitude to veterans.

A wreath was placed at the front of the memorial before attendees made their way to the Emerald Queen Casino for a shared meal.
