With a farmers market theme, guests can enjoy the festive atmosphere while collecting fresh produce, health info and more.
Elders have an opportunity to schedule health screenings, dental check-ups, update vaccinations and other essential wellness checks — all designed to help our Elders stay healthy and informed. In addition to clinical services, attendees can connect with staff from various departments sharing health education, support resources and fun giveaways.
